§ 99.73 DRIVING LESSONS PROHIBITED.
   Instruction in operating automobiles or motorcycles is prohibited in parks and park streets at all times. No person who may not lawfully operate a vehicle within the state or city shall drive or operate a vehicle within any park or park street.
