§ 99.69 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT.
   No person shall drive or operate a vehicle in any park not equipped as provided by law or which may not lawfully be operated within the state. The use of any cutout, fitting, apparatus or device on a motor vehicle which allows its exhaust gases to escape therefrom without first passing through a muffler or silencer or driving a vehicle emitting offensive quantities of smoke, oil, gas or disagreeable odors or using any gong, siren or whistle on any vehicle not operated by a public authority is prohibited in any park.
