(A) No person shall, between dusk and dawn, park a vehicle in or along any park or park street, except those persons participating in programs approved by the city or Board of Park Commissioners.
(B) These hours may otherwise be restricted by police order, Board of Park Commissioners resolution, or action by way of posting signage clearly indicating a restricted date and time.
