§ 99.34 BOATING; REPAIRING OR STORING BOATS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a boat propelled by sail, steam, naphtha, gasoline, oil, alcohol, electricity, motor or engine, or row or paddle a row boat, canoe or raft in, on, or upon any waters under the jurisdiction, operation or supervision of the Board of Park Commissioners, unless the person is able to control or handle the boat with safety to himself or other occupants thereof or otherwise than in a careful and prudent manner and at a rate of speed so as not to molest, annoy, disturb or endanger the life, limb, property or reasonable comfort or safety of another or occupants of other boats.
   (B)   Boating of any kind in a bathing area is forbidden.
   (C)   No boat or vessel shall be laid up, stored, repaired or placed for any other purpose on park land, except by permit.
