(A) Fishing is prohibited in any waters under the jurisdiction of the Board of Park Commissioners, except in areas designated or maintained as fishing areas.
(B) No person shall have in his or her possession or take or attempt to take any fish in any waters, except in designated areas, at any time throw missiles at any fish, or place in the waters any piscivorous fish, poison or other substance injurious to fish.
