§ 99.20 CLOSING TIME.

   No person shall enter, remain in or within any park located in the city before sunrise or after sunset each day with the exception of:

   (A)   Designated scheduled sporting or Park Department-sanctioned events;

   (B)   Fishing while possessing a valid fishing license at:

      (1)   Forsythe Park;

      (2)   Oxbow Park;

      (3)   Wolf Lake;

      (4)   Harrison Park Pond;

      (5)   Dowling Park Pond;

      (6)   Lost Marsh Fishing Pier; and

   (C)   Events sanctioned by the Hammond Park Board.
