(A) The city’s Plan Commission, the Code Enforcement Services Department or any designated enforcement official or any person, may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of the county to restrain any person from violating the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The Plan Commission may also institute a suit for mandatory injunction directing any person to remove any garbage, trash, cinders, debris, refuse or waste material of any description which was not produced within the city.
(C) Any garbage, trash, cinders, debris, refuse or waste material of any description deposited in violation of any provision of this chapter or the requirements thereof is hereby declared a common nuisance, and may be abated in the manner in which nuisances are abated.
