§ 94.021 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Each separate act in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute and be a separately punishable offense.
   (B)   All persons, partners, officers of corporations, resident managers or superintendents of firms shall be, individually and jointly, responsible for acts in violation of this chapter performed by their employees and agents.
