§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $2,500. Every day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.081 through 93.083 shall be fined not more than $2,500 per day. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. A first violation of any provision of §§ 93.081 through 93.083 within any 1-year period shall include a mandatory fine of not less than $800. A second violation of §§ 93.081 through 93.083 within any 1-year period shall include a mandatory fine of not less than $1,600. Any third, or subsequent, violation of §§ 93.081 through 93.083 within a 1-year period shall include a mandatory fine of not less than $2,400.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.095 through 93.101 of this chapter or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with an order as affirmed or modified by the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention or the Board of Public Works and Safety or by court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall severally for each and every violation and non- compliance respectively, be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $2,500.
   (D)   A violation of § 93.066 shall result in the following penalties: First offense, a minimum fine of $500; second offense, $1,000; third and subsequent offenses: $2,500.
