§ 93.083 ENFORCEMENT; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be enforced by the Chief of the City Air Pollution Control Department or his or her designee.
   (B)   All persons shall allow the Fire Department - Hazardous Material Response Team to enter any premises where a spill, leak, discharge or release of a dangerous, hazardous or toxic substance has been reported or has occurred.
