It shall further be unlawful, at the discretion of the Mayor, for any person to sell alcoholic beverages, gasoline in any containers other than in gas tanks for a motor vehicle, or rifles, guns, revolvers or any dangerous weapons, or the ammunition therefor during the duration of the curfew, and at the discretion of the Mayor all business establishments of every nature or kind shall be closed and remain closed during the emergency period.
