§ 92.02 DECLARATION BY MAYOR; CURFEW.
   (A)   When, in the opinion of the Mayor, civil disorder or any events occur which may endanger the lives or the property of the citizens of the city, the Mayor shall be empowered to declare that an emergency exists and shall further declare and put into effect a curfew between any hours as he or she may deem necessary for the proper protection of the citizens or their property.
   (B)   When the Mayor shall declare that a curfew exists, it shall thereafter be unlawful for any person to be or remain on any street or to remain or loiter in any motor vehicle or place of business between the hours designated by the Mayor in his or her call for a curfew.
