It shall be unlawful for the owner or any bull, bullock, steer, cow, heifer, calf, horse, mare, colt, mule, jack, jenny, goat, sheep, hogs or swine of any kind, geese, ducks or chickens to suffer, permit or allow the animals to run at large in any public street, alley, unenclosed commons or in any 1 of the public parks of the city.
