(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise specifically provided shall be deemed guilty of a punishable offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder.

(B) Any owner who fails to comply with any of the requirements of § 91.105 or any additional orders of the city’s Animal Control shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,500. Each separate day of the violation constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
