§ 74.039 YIELDING TO APPROACHING VEHICLES.

(A) Every bicycle rider, when approaching an intersection not controlled by traffic lights or signs in either direction, shall yield to all approaching motor vehicles.

(B) Every bicycle rider, when approaching a yield right-of-way sign, shall yield to all approaching vehicular traffic.
