(A) A person riding a bicycle shall ride as near to the right-hand side of the roadway as practicable, and if he or she wishes to make a right-hand turn, he or she must signal his or her intention and proceed in the manner of a motor-driven vehicle.
(B) A bicycle rider shall ride as near to the right-hand side of the road, and if he or she wishes to make a left turn at an intersection, he or she shall proceed to the intersection on the right-hand side of the road, dismount and cross as though he or she was a pedestrian.
(C) Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating that no right or left turn or U-turn is permitted, no person operating a bicycle shall disobey the direction of any sign, except where the person dismounts from the bicycle to make any turn, in which event the person shall then obey the regulations applicable to pedestrians.
