Upon the expiration of any bicycle license, the license may be renewed upon application and payment of $0.50, the same fee as upon an original application, and also by producing 1 or more of the following items.
(A) The original license registration;
(B) The original bill of sale for the bicycle; and
(C) Absolute proof of ownership.
