§ 74.001 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated on any street, alley, sidewalk or on any public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this chapter.
