Those streets and parts of streets set out in Ch. 76, Schedule IX, shall be designated as boulevards. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any truck to drive the truck upon any boulevard, except for the purpose of making a delivery or carrying on business in the block in which the vehicle is being driven. Any driver making a delivery shall enter the boulevard at the first intersection nearest the point of delivery and leave the boulevard at the first intersection after the delivery.
