§ 73.08 MUD GUARDS.

Every truck, truck trailer or other motor vehicle having dual tires on the rear of each vehicle shall hereafter be required to be equipped with mud guards in a width equal to the combined width of the dual tires and extending to within 10 inches of the pavement.
