(A) Pursuant to I.C. 5-4-1-18, the city authorizes a blanket bond to cover the faithful performance of all employees, commission members and persons acting on behalf of the local governing unit including city judges, controllers, clerks and clerk-treasurers.
(B) All such employees shall be bonded pursuant to the statute and such amounts as are required by law.
