§ 72.065 PERMITS REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   The Police Department shall not designate or assign any freight and passenger loading zone upon special request of any person unless that person makes application for a permit for the zone and erects 2 signs to indicate the ends of each zone.
   (B)   The Police Department, upon granting a permit for a freight and passenger loading zone and issuing the required signs, shall collect from the applicant and deposit with the City Controller a fee of $5 per year, and may, by general regulations, impose conditions upon the use of the signs and require reimbursement to the city for the value thereof in the event of their loss or damage. Every permit shall expire at the expiration of the time stated therein, which shall not exceed 10 days.
