(A) The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city is hereby authorized and directed to establish a 2-hour limited parking time zone on certain designated streets and in the areas designated in Schedule III of this chapter.
(B) When the appropriate parking signs are erected in each area zone designating the 2-hour limited parking time, as specified in division (A) above, no person shall park a vehicle for a longer period than that specified in the signs between the hours specified in Schedule III on any day, except Sundays and legal holidays.
(C) It shall be the duty of the city’s Police Department to enforce the provisions of this section.
