§ 70.06 QUIET ZONE ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a quiet zone along Douglas Street from State Line Street on the west to the first north and south alley paralleling Hohman Street and to the west thereof, embracing that portion of Douglas Street on which Street Margaret’s Hospital faces, and its immediate environs. The Board of Public Safety of the city is directed to place at some conspicuous place or places along the street and within the territory described above, a sign or placard containing the words “zone of quiet.”
   (B)   No person or vehicle shall make any loud or unusual noise, sound or music within or on that street or within the zone of quiet established in division (A) above, nor shall any automobile horn be used within the zone for any purpose other than as a warning of the approach of another vehicle or as a danger signal. The making of any loud or unusual noise, sound or music therein, or the use of any automobile horn than as herein prescribed is hereby declared to be a nuisance and any person violating this section by committing a nuisance shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in this code.
