It shall be unlawful for any person to operate as a restaurant, mobile food vendor, drive-in, itinerant restaurant, temporary food vendor, food market, food service, or seller of food without a business license issued by the City Controller. This license shall be posted in a conspicuous place. The license shall be valid for 1 year and subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in Chapter 119 of the Hammond Municipal Code as it pertains to business licenses.
