In the interest of public safety, no vehicle or motorized device shall be parked in any City of Hammond owned or maintained parking lot anywhere in the city from the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. without prior written approval of the Hammond Board of Public Works and Safety. Vehicles found to be in violation of this section shall be towed at the owner's expense.
