§ 72.096 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTOMATED TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM. A device with 1 or more motor vehicle sensors working in conjunction with a traffic signal to produce recorded images of motor vehicles and their license plates.
