§ 37.072 VIOLATION.
   Any officer or employee who violates this subchapter shall be subject to a fine as provided for in this code, dismissal or removal, and shall not be indemnified in any way by the city for any damages caused by a failure to adhere to this subchapter or I.C. 36-1-7.
