§ 37.070 EXERCISE OF POWER OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.

(A) No officer, employee or department of the city may exercise any power outside of the corporate limits of the city unless the Common Council by ordinance or resolution consents to the exercise of the power outside the city’s corporate limits.

(B) In this regard, the Common Council orders and directs strict compliance with I.C. 36-1-7 as it now exists or from time to time may be amended.
