On every roadway or public project for which utilities must be moved, cleared, relocated or buried, a representative of said utility company must appear at the preconstruction meeting and state with reasonable certainty, the time line under which said utilities will be moved, cleared, relocated or buried. Such time line and plan must be done to the satisfaction of the project engineer and City Engineer. Failure to follow this time line, without good cause, will constitute a violation, with penalty as provided per § 10.99.
