The staff shall review the subdivision for technical conformity with the standards as set forth in this chapter and make recommendation to the Commission.
   (B)   Upon receipt of the reports from those agencies, the staff shall review the subdivision and make recommendation to the Commission and place the subdivision on the agenda of the first available meeting of the Commission and notify the subdivider of the time, date and place of the meeting in writing.
   (C)   Advertised public notice of the meeting is not required.
   (D)   Commission action.

The Commission President shall sign the plat and the Vice President shall attest to his or her signature. The staff shall then provide the subdivider with a copy of the original drawing with the Commission’s seal affixed thereto. The original plat shall be retained in the records of the Commission.
