The following shall be used as a basis for staff site analysis recommendation:
(A) The drawing requirements as set forth in § 157.034(B)(8);
(B) Natural features such as wooded areas, swamps, wetlands, streams and natural drainage courses;
(C) Existing public utilities and capacities;
(D) The Comprehensive Plan;
(E) The Flood Protection Ordinance;
(F) The Zoning Ordinance;
(G) The property list showing names and addresses of property owners within 300 feet of the edges of the proposed subdivision as provided by the subdivider;
(H) The legal notice as printed in a local newspaper of general circulation a minimum of ten days prior to the public hearing;
(I) A completed application form, letter to the Commission stating that he is the owner or agent for the owner of the land, or a copy of a purchase agreement; and
(J) The appropriate application fees as prescribed by the Commission.
