§ 157.034 THE FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   (1)   The final plat shall be an original ink drawing on not less than 8-1/2 inch by 14 inch vellum, linen or Mylar film at a scale of not less than 1 inch equal to 100 feet, with 5 prints of the drawing.
      (2)   A 1-inch border shall be incorporated into the drawing.
   (B)   The drawing shall show:
      (1)   Name of the subdivision;
      (2)   Location of the subdivision by section, range, township and boundary legal description;
      (3)   Name and address of subdivider;
      (4)   Name, address, seal and signature of the surveyor preparing the subdivision;
      (5)   Scale, graphic bar scale, north arrow and date;
      (6)   Boundary line of proposed subdivision, all existing easements and property lines in exact dimensions of feet and hundredths thereof, all boundary lines shall have length and bearing designated on the plat;
      (7)   Location, width and names of prior subdivided street and lots in the proposed subdivision, showing all previously recorded streets and lots in dotted lines on the preliminary submittal;
      (8)   Layout and dimensions of proposed lots to the nearest one hundredth foot;
      (9)   Layout and elevations of proposed streets, (street elevations shall not be less than 596 feet above mean sea level) which includes the classification of each street, its name and width, walkways, crosswalks and easements;
      (10)   Parcels of land to be dedicated for public use shall be shown and labeled as to use;
      (11)   Dimensioned building setback lines;
      (12)   Existing topographic contours at vertical intervals of 2 feet or less; (Vertical control data shall be based on Coastal and Geodetic Survey Sea Level Datum.)
      (13)   Elevations for each corner and the center of each lot, with a minimum of a 2% slope away from the center of the building site in order to facilitate drainage away from the building;
      (14)   An area 4 inches vertical by 9 inches horizontal, within which the Commission may affix its certificate of approval; and
      (15)   The City Engineer shall assist the subdivider in determining the building numbering system in conformance with § 150.095.
