The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized and directed to establish and maintain a uniform system of numbering all houses and buildings situated on all public streets, avenues, alleys and highways in this city. Numbering shall be accomplished strictly in accordance with the blueprints and Exhibits A and B or Ord. 2187, adopted by reference and made a part of this subchapter as if fully set out herein. Copies of Exhibits A and B are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
