§ 151.35 RENEWAL; TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The annual license fee for each annual renewal of a license shall be $100 if renewed within 30 days of expiration of the old license. In applying for a renewal license, the old license shall be presented, together with a receipt for payment from the City Controller and proof of bond and insurance when required.
   (B)   License renewed 30 days after expiration, shall be subject to an additional late fee of $100. Licenses which have been expired for 180 days or longer are no longer valid, and a contractor with an expired license will have to take an electrical contractor’s exam to become re-licensed.
   (C)   No license or renewal thereof, granted under the provisions of this subchapter, shall be assignable or transferable. Every license or renewal thereof shall specify the name of the person to whom it was issued, as well as the name of the electrical company (if applicable) represented by the licensed holder. Any electrical contractor who pulls a permit for a non-licensed contractor to perform the work, is in violation of this section and may have the license revoked by the Electrical Commission.
