(A) All persons before upgrading, installing, making changes in or upon, or repairing any electrical equipment or component, shall obtain a license and permit as required in this chapter.
(B) Upon issuance and receipt of a license and/or permit, the license and/or permit shall be displayed in compliance with the requirements of this code, and shall be shown to any city inspector upon request.
(C) Failure to comply may result in penalty as set forth in § 10.99.
