§ 151.33 BOND; INSURANCE.
   (A)   Any applicant, having qualified as a holder of an electrical license, shall file with the City Controller an indemnity bond, with good and sufficient surety, to be approved in the penal and civil sum of $3,000. The bond shall be conditioned that the applicant will not violate any of the terms or conditions of this chapter and payable. The applicant shall maintain the bond as long as he or she is a holder of a license.
   (B)   Any applicant, having qualified as a holder of an electrical license, shall file with the City Controller an insurance policy with an insurance company licensed to do business in the state in the amount of $25,000. The policy shall be for the purpose of protecting the public against injury and damage.
