Any applicant failing to qualify shall not be eligible to file application for examination again for a period of at least 1 month from the date on which he or she failed his or her examination, and no other person of the same firm, partnership or corporation, or an individual applicant shall be entitled to an examination before the expiration of the 1- month period. Examinations for licenses before the Electrical Commission shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 7:00 p.m.
