The National Electrical Code as sponsored by the United States of America Standards Institute, being particularly the 2002 edition thereof, is hereby adopted. Three copies of the National Electrical Code are now filed in the office of the City Clerk. The National Electrical Code is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
