(A) Pools shall be located not less than 3 feet from property lines and buildings. Pools are not allowed to be located within the required front yard setback.
(B) Overhead electric lines directly over pool must clear by 18 feet. Side lines must clear by 10 feet. Where a deck or platform is installed, the lines must clear by 14 feet.
(C) Receptacles for filter motors shall only a be a G.F.C.I. outlet and be located at least 10 feet from the pool. Receptacles shall be of an approved weatherproof type.
(D) Pools cannot be located over an electric line that is not run in conduit raceway and buried at least 18 inches deep.
