§ 150.162 FENCES.
   (A)   Pools must be completely enclosed with a 6-foot fence and a locking gate.
   (B)   Swimming pools manufactured with a guardrail are exempt from a fence but must have a locking ladder or gate to be kept locked and in the upright position when not in use.
