§ 150.147 REGULATIONS.
   (A)   In residential districts the satellite dishes cannot be over 12 feet in diameter, with 1 dish allowed per lot.
   (B)   Dishes must be either neutral or black in color.
   (C)   Dishes must be equipped with a slip clutch.
   (D)   Dishes must be grounded with at least an eight- foot ground rod.
   (E)   Dishes can only be installed in the rear yard, and the outermost edge must be located 6 feet from the property line.
   (F)   Dishes may not be mounted on roofs, but they may be mounted on poles, to a maximum height of 12 feet, adjacent only to garage roofs.
   (G)   Ground-mounted dishes must be screened by a fence or hedge up to a height of 6 feet.
   (H)   Dishes shall have all potentially dangerous mechanisms (electrical, mechanical, rotational and the like) completely enclosed.
   (I)   In predominantly business or industrial districts, roof mounting is permissible up to a total height of 35 feet.
   (J)   The dishes must comply with all building and electrical codes.
   (K)   Roof-mounted dishes must have a licensed structural engineer’s certification that the structure and mounting are capable of supporting the dish at wind speeds of up to 70 mph.
   (1)   Dishes shall not contain advertising other than a small name plate identifying the manufacturer.
