§ 150.131 TRELLIS OR BARRIER ON TOP OF FENCE.
   No trellis, curtain or any type of barrier or obstruction shall be installed on top of any fence to exceed a total height of 6 feet from the grade where 6-foot fences are permitted, or to exceed 4 feet from the grade where 4-foot fences are permitted, in any residential area.
