§ 150.099 ERECTION OF NEW BUILDINGS.
   Whenever any new building shall be erected, it shall be the duty of the City Engineer to assign a proper number to the structure, and it shall thereupon be the duty of the owner, occupant, agent or person in possession of the building, house, barn or shed to comply with this subchapter.
