§ 150.082 NOTICE TO UTILITY COMPANY TO RAISE WIRES.
   It shall be the duty of the person obtaining a permit to move a building under the provisions of this subchapter, and desiring to cross under wires along the streets of the city, to give 24-hour written notice of his or her intentions to do so to the local manager or agent of any lines affected by the removal. It shall thereupon become the duty of the local agent or manager of the company so affected to cause the wire to be raised or removed so as to allow the building to pass along the street, without compensation therefor from the permittee. It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to raise or remove any wires after being so notified.
