It shall be unlawful for any person to move or cause to be moved any building upon and along any paved streets within the city without having first filed with the Building Commissioner a bond in the sum of $200, indemnifying the city against any damage to streets caused by the moving of the building. This bond shall be tendered at the time of making the application for a permit, as required in § 150.50.
