§ 150.004 IMPROVEMENTS TO CITY PROPERTY; COUNCIL APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   No building, road, bridge, overpass or improvements of any kind shall be made to any property owned by the city without approval of the Common Council by ordinance or resolution.
