(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof, pay a fine not exceeding $2,500. Every day any violation of this code or any ordinance, rule or regulation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) Restitution by the violator may also be made with respect to any property damaged, destroyed or defaced in any way.
(B) Any person who violates § 132.011 shall be fined as follows:
(1) Violations of § 132.011(A) are subject to the provisions of division (A) of this section.
(2) Violations of divisions (B) are subject to a fine not to exceed $500 per offense and up to a maximum of 120 hours of community service.
(C) A parent, legal guardian or other adult having the legal care or custody of a minor who shall knowingly permit such minor to violate any provisions of the above division (A) shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 per offense.
