§ 132.012 PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES ON THEIR PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful for any persons who are the owners or occupants of any premises to allow, initiate or maintain any gathering on that premises in which tenants, invitees, visitors or trespassers engage in any unlawful activity. Unlawful activity shall include, but not be limited to violations of any sections of this chapter.
