All public improvements proposed to be made under the provisions of the chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Enforcing Officer or a duly designated deputy. All fees and costs connected with on-site inspections shall be paid by the subdivider. The filing fee as outlined in §§ 152.20 through 152.25 does not cover this expense.
